Assistant Manager -- Cross-Over (Glastonbury & South Windsor)

About the Role

We're looking for a Cross-Over Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations at both our Glastonbury and South Windsor scoop shops. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, adapts quickly to different teams, and can bring consistency in standards, culture, and execution across two locations during our busy season and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Split shifts/coverage between both locations based on need
• Open/close shifts: cash handling, sanitation, safety
• Supervise and coach team members at both shops
• Serve as manager-on-duty; resolve customer/operational issues
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and inventory across locations
• Keep both GMs aligned and uphold brand standards

What You Bring

• 1+ years supervisory/shift-lead experience (food service, retail, or QSR)
• Reliable transportation; able to travel between both sites
• Strong communicator, adaptable across teams
• Calm under pressure during high-volume shifts
• Flexible availability -- nights, weekends, holidays
