Double the Shops, Double the Scoops

Love variety? This role splits your time between our Glastonbury and South Windsor scoop shops. You'll help run the day-to-day at both and keep standards, culture, and good vibes consistent across two teams, through the busy season and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Cover shifts at both shops based on need
• Open and close: cash handling, sanitation, and safety
• Lead and coach team members at both locations
• Serve as manager-on-duty and handle guest or operational issues as they come up
• Help with scheduling, onboarding, and inventory
• Keep both GMs in sync and uphold brand standards

What You Bring

• 1+ year of supervisor or shift-lead experience (food service, retail, or QSR)
• Reliable transportation to get between both shops
• Strong communication skills and an easy time adjusting to different teams
• A calm, steady presence when the line is out the door
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
