Assistant Manager - Level Up Your Leadership

Pay: $20-24/hour (including tips)

Locations: South Windsor & Glastonbury (travel between shops required)

Ready to level up? As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Shop Managers to keep the shops running smoothly, support the team, and deliver legendary guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fun, values-driven workplace with real growth and unlimited ice cream.

• Assist the Shop Managers with daily operations
• Support, coach, and motivate scoopers & shift leads
• Help set the standard for amazing guest service
• Support shop goals, community events, and team development
• Float between South Windsor & Glastonbury to support both teams
