Assistant Manager - Grow Your Leadership Career

Pay: $20-24/hr (including tips)

Locations: South Windsor & Glastonbury (you'll split time between both shops)

As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with Shop Managers to keep daily operations running smoothly, motivate your team, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile. • Support Shop Managers with day-to-day shop operations
• Coach and develop scoopers and shift leads
• Deliver standout guest experiences, every time
• Help drive shop performance goals and support community events
• Move between South Windsor & Glastonbury to keep both locations running strong
