General Manager - Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop

Pay: $20-25/hour + performance bonuses

We're looking for a people-first General Manager to run one of our scoop shops like it's their own. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to drive results, develop strong teams, and create an energy that keeps both employees and guests coming back for more.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
• Create consistent, unforgettable guest experiences
• Own the numbers: sales, labor, inventory, and daily operations
• Build a strong, positive shop culture with clear accountability
• Drive local community engagement and brand presence

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of management experience (food or retail preferred)
• A track record of developing teams and hitting performance goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• A hands-on leadership style -- you lead from the front
