Shift Lead - Ben & Jerry's

Pay: $19-23/hour (including tips)

We're looking for strong, reliable Shift Leads to help run the shop and support the team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep operations smooth, deliver great guest experiences, and help develop your crew.

Scheduling Needs:

We're currently hiring openers for 11 AM-5 PM shifts, with flexibility for 11 AM-3 PM as well.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, support, and motivate your team during shifts
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service--and coach others to do the same
• Keep shifts organized, efficient, and on track
• Help train and onboard new team members
