What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support scoopers and shift leads
• Manage daily operations -- cash handling, inventory, scheduling, opens/closes
• Set the tone for excellent guest service and help others do the same
• Support your team's growth and development
• Assist with community events and shop performance goals
• Step in and run the shop when the Shop Manager is away
