Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $17 an hour plus tips on average $2-8 extra an hour
  • Part/Full Time depending on your availability/season

Requirements:

  • Assist in managing the retail operations of this shop, including planning, operations, equipment maintenance, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the development and implementation of all systems fully support and comply with all franchise operating systems.
  • Provide proper hands-on training support, focusing on daily operations, customer relations, staff orientation, and cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
