Let your personality shine!</li></ul><h3>What You'll Do:</h3>As Store Manager, you're the heartbeat of the shop a leader, motivator, and operations guru. You'll work closely with the District Shop Managers to:<ul><li>Oversee all daily operations, staffing, and budgeting</li><li>Manage a team of 1015 awesome employees</li><li>Lead training, coaching, and development efforts</li><li>Create a positive, growth-focused work culture</li><li>Maintain all store procedures, policies, and financial systems</li><li>Handle ordering, deliveries, and inventory</li><li>Drive store performance and local community engagement</li><li>Champion an exceptional in-store and cake-ordering experience</li><li>Keep things clean, safe, and fun always!</li></ul><h3>Perks &amp; Pay:</h3><ul><li>Yearly salary: $47,840-$52,000</li><li>benefits, PTO and 401k</li><li>Be part of a values-driven company that genuinely cares</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and personal growth</li><li>Work with a team that feels like family and eats ice cream like one too</li></ul>
